How you get it
Animals are sold by half or whole animal at live weight; the farm's price includes delivery of the live animal to the processor (Meatworks of Westport, MA), and the customer is responsible for processing/butchering fees and for picking up the finished meat at Meatworks. Farm visits are by appointment only.
