How you get it
Retail cuts sold directly from the farm by appointment, year-round. Also sold at open sugarhouse hours every weekend during Maple Season (Mar-Apr) and the Annual December Holiday Open Sugarhouse. Bulk orders (whole/half cow, discounted) currently sold out with a waitlist.
